Our  bakery and patisserie bakes fresh bread and cakes with well sourced Scottish produce.
The breads are made using the slow fermentation technique giving the dough plenty of time to develop its full flavour. Our breads are made with sour dough and apple ferment with little or no yeast.
Our pastries are rich, full flavoured and abundant in texture and we do make cakes to order. Please give us 48 hours notice if you want a design or flavour that we do not have in store today.
